Duck, Chicken Country

Marmite d’Escargots (add $3)

Snails, in a crock with shallots, parsley, garlic, butter, anis, topped with a puff pastry and baked

Mushroom Wellington

Mix wild mushrooms cook in Port wine, wrapped in puff pastry
